Dear Valued Merchants and Customers,
We would like to inform you that today between 10:20 AM and 10:44 AM ( GMT+3) , we experienced a temporary technical issue specifically affecting our OTP (One-Time Password) delivery.
During this timeframe, Tamara customers were unable to receive their OTPs. This prevented customers from logging into the system, which consequently prevented them from completing their checkout process.
Our engineering and technical teams immediately engaged in a dedicated war room to investigate and resolve the root cause. We are pleased to report that the issue has been completely fixed, and all login and checkout systems have been fully restored and are operating normally.
We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience or disruption this may have caused to your shopping experience and business operations. We deeply appreciate your patience.
