AWS Outage impacting several customers

No new issues related to the AWS outage on Monday have been identified as part of our monitoring in the last 2 days, so we are now closing this incident. If you experience any further issues or have any questions, please contact our support team at customercare@tapclicks.com.

The global AWS outage that was impacting our vendors has been resolved, and all services are operational. We will continue to monitor performance closely. If you experience any further issues, please contact our support team at customercare@tapclicks.com.

As an update, our team has identified that the following data sources were also impacted. Some of them are already showing signs of improvement and we will monitor throughout the day:

- Amazon Ads
- Marchex
- Reddit Ads
- Twilio
- Viant DSP (Adelphic)
- Smart Connector Email Delivery

Note that other data sources/vendors that rely on AWS infrastructure, such as the Amazon delivery types in Smart Connectors, may also be impacted.

The major AWS outage this morning is impacting all our clients on our Big Data Package. We are currently investigating to see if other clients are impacted and will post updates as they become available.
