Performance across TeamSupport has now returned to normal, and systems are operating as expected.
Our engineering team is continuing to investigate the root cause, which appears to be related to an upstream dependency, though this has not yet been fully confirmed.
We’ll share a final update once our investigation is complete. Thank you for your patience while we worked through this issue.
