The NBN technician has implemented a fix, and services should be restored as of 8:05 AM AWST.
If you continue to experience issues, please reboot your network connectivity device (e.g., modem or router) to resolve the problem. If services do not restore following a reboot, please contact Telair on 1800 835 247 or lodge a ticket at https://support.telair.com.au

The NBN technician has implemented a fix, and services should be restored as of 8:05 AM AWST.

NBN has identified an issue within their network and currently has a technician on-site, working with the NBN NOC to troubleshoot.
Further information will be provided as soon as we receive an update from NBN.
