Incident affecting Mobile Provisioning Services in Finland

We are currently investigating a disruption in our mobile provisioning services in Finland. This may impact activations of Simcards, and configuration or updates to mobile subscriptions. Our incident response team is actively investigating the issue together with our vendor and working to resolve it as quickly as possible.

The root cause of the ongoing provisioning issue has been identified by our Finnish mobile network vendor.

They are actively working with their upstream provider to implement a resolution. We will continue to share updates as progress is made.

Active restoration efforts are currently in progress. Our vendor and their upstream partner are working directly to resolve the provisioning issue and return all services to normal operation.
