Hello, This is to update you regarding the following incident: Incident Status: New Description: We are currently experiencing service degradation affecting new 3G registrations for all IMSIs. Service Impact: Devices may experience service degradation with new connections to 3G. Existing registrations are unaffected. Incident Status: Ongoing (Identified)

Description: The service continues to improve and is close to returning to its normal state.

Service Impact: 3G registration is returning to normal. We are still working to mitigate the 3G service degradation on IMSI 2, 7, and 10.

We are monitoring the process and will keep you updated.
