We have been experiencing a disruption in our telephony systems earlier today. At this time, **all services have been restored**, with the exception of **Flexy Desktop**.* **Calling** via landline, mobile, and Flexy Mobile is now fully operational.* **Busy Lamp Fields** will recover automatically within 1 hour.* **Flexy Desktop** is offline , a new version of the application will be made available in the app stores shortly.We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused and appreciate your understanding. A new version of the Flexy Desktop app is currently under review in the app stores. For Windows users, the updated app is expected to be available by the end of today. For Mac users, the update will follow on Monday.Once the app is updated, users will regain calling functionality. However, status lights will remain non-functional for now.

**Flexy Desktop version 1.6.2** is now **available in the Apple App Store** for Mac users. For **Windows users**, the update is still pending and is expected to be available **shortly**.After updating to version 1.6.2, users will regain full calling functionality via Flexy Desktop. Please note that **status lights** remain temporarily unavailable.
