The authentication problems impacted users' ability to access the vulnerability management platform for 1.2 hours. Engineers implemented a fix and monitored the recovery before fully resolving the incident.

Tenable One, Tenable Vulnerability Management, and Cloud Security experienced service disruptions on US-1A and US-2A regions, causing periodic site access issues and delays in scans and viewing results for certain users. The incident lasted 69.5 hours before engineers implemented a fix and monitored the recovery. The service has been fully restored.
