Intermittent 503 errors on the Thinkific app

Beginning Friday evening August 29, some users experienced 503 Nginx errors when accessing some Thinkific sites. We have implemented some changes, and users should be able to visit those sites without any errors. Everything is functioning as normal now. We’ve identified an intermittent issue affecting the Thinkific app, resulting in 503 Nginx errors for some users beginning Friday evening, August 29th. While the issue was initially sporadic, its impact has increased intermittently over time. After extensive investigation, we’ve identified the root cause and are actively working on a solution.
