While the issue was initially sporadic, its impact has increased intermittently over time. After extensive investigation, we’ve identified the root cause and are actively working on a solution.

Beginning Friday evening August 29, some users experienced 503 Nginx errors when accessing some Thinkific sites. We have implemented some changes, and users should be able to visit those sites without any errors. Everything is functioning as normal now. We appreciate your patience while we sorted this out and apologize for any interruption to your day.
