We are currently seeing issues with accessing the Back Office of TimeTap and users are receiving gateway timeout issues as a result. Client Schedulers are up and functioning currently and our development team is working towards identifying the underlying issues.

A fix has been implemented with the release and deployment of TimeTap 8.11 today. If you are still experiencing issues logging in, you may need to reset the cache in your browser to successfully login again to ensure you're seeing the most up to date version of TimeTap.

The underlying issue causing gateway timeout results for users attempting to login to the Back Office has been identified. A fix has been implemented that is working in lower environments and we are working on promoting this to production to fix this issue for users.
