Issues with Broadcast services on VideoAPI platform

We have identified the cause of the issue and removed the affected server from processing customer traffic. Customers may have experienced issues with broadcast services between 2022-05-17 20:11 UTC and 2022-05-17 20:12 UTC.

There is no ongoing impact and customers will no longer experience any quality issues with our Broadcast services.

Our monitoring has alerted us to a potential service issue with our platform. Although it is not yet certain whether there is any customer impact, we are alerting customers immediately while our Engineering teams investigate and we can confirm the impact and specific details.
