We are currently experiencing an issue with the Synergy platform affecting some MYOB Connect users. Details: Issue: Some MYOB Connect users are currently experiencing an issue where they cannot connect to their MYOB account. These users receive an error message when attempting to sync. Start Time: Approximately 11:00 AM AEST Our technical team is actively investigating the issue and working closely with MYOB to mitigate the impact. Our estimated time for a fix is approximately 21:00 AEST and we will provide updates on our progress. We apologise for the inconvenience this has caused and appreciate your patience.
