To resolve the ongoing issues affecting login and other critical functions, we’ve decided to roll back to the previous version of our system. This change is being made to restore normal functionality and reduce further disruption to your experience.
As part of this process, all users will be logged out. In some cases, users may be prompted to reset their password or reconfigure their 2FA (two-factor authentication) tokens after logging back in. This includes customers who recently changed their passwords or updated 2FA settings — those changes will need to be redone.
The rollback is in progress, and we expect services to stabilize shortly. We’ll update this page once the process is complete and systems are fully restored.
