Trimble Transportation Cloud Services - Connectivity Issues

No further issues have been reported since our last update.

During this time, all Microsoft services were still available. Automated systems in the Microsoft network began mitigating the issue by shifting traffic away at 13:09 UTC, resulting in improvements for Microsoft customers. We confirmed with AT&T that they reverted a change at 13:14 UTC, after which time we started to see signs of recovery, mitigating the issue.

Please be advised that some customers may be experiencing connectivity issues to their Trimble Transportation Solutions. The issue is isolated to customers connecting to Microsoft solutions through AT&T Networks. Microsoft and AT&T are aware of the issue and are investigating further. More details will be provided when they are available.
