The PO connection issues have been resolved and we have been working with THD to fix any PO's that did not come through. At this time, we believe we have gotten all PO's, but please reach out to IT Support if you are missing any PO's and we can investigate.
We are no longer seeing errors with the THD PO service, and PO's appear to be processing normally again. We will continue to monitor this and work with the THD team if we see more errors.
We are investigating an issue with the THD PO service. We are seeing errors being returned from THD and have reached out to their team for assistance. This is causing new sales to not carry through to Salesforce and JDE. We will update you as soon as we have more information.
