We are currently experiencing an issue affecting delivery receipts for WhatsApp MMLite messages. A small subset of customers may notice that their messages appear stuck in the "SENT" status. This is due to an outage with a third-party provider. We will share an update within the next 4 hours or sooner if more information becomes available.
