Our 3rd party Sunshine provider experiences an outage at the moment. The Zendesk Sunshine team expressed that they are working diligently to address the issue causing delays in sending and receiving messages in Sunshine Conversations across all pods.

We are still monitoring their status page and will keep you updated once we have more information.
