Notification of new incident. Delay in displaying user changes in the UI : EU

Hello Everyone,

Update: Incident Resolved.

The reflection of user changes in the uniFLOW Online UI are now back to normal.

It is important to note that this issue only impacted displaying user changes within the uniFLOW Online user interface whereby there would have been a delay in changes being visible in the user interface but had no functional impact otherwise.
User changes were processed as normal within uniFLOW Online, but with a delay during which a user change would have taken longer than normal to be displayed in the uniFLOW Online user interface.

We will review the findings and collected information from this incident to further improve our online services.

Description:
We are currently investigating an issue relating to a delay in displaying user changes in the uniFLOW Online user interface.
This is only impacting the display of changed users and their identities in the Users > Users section of the uniFLOW Online user interface.
Any changes / adding / removing of users and identities are processed as normal, but the display of these are currently delayed in the Users > Users section of the uniFLOW Online user interface.
This is limited to users with the Administrator and User Manager roles.

Monitoring:
The system is currently busy recovering and is processing recent changes with a delay.
