We are currently experiencing an issue with cases showing an error on initial page load for searching for entities, as well as cases not loading entities on initial page load.
For the time being, you can use a workaround of navigating away from the case and navigating back, the entities should load then.
We have identified a fix and are working to implement the fix ASAP. We will update the status once the fix has been implemented.
