Information Technology Services (ITS) has confirmed that Brightspace by D2L is now functioning normally.
In the event that you experience any further issues with Brightspace, please contact the USG Service Desk at support@usg.edu or 877-251-2644.

Information Technology Services (ITS) has identified a service disruption with Brightspace - Analytics Builder. The issue is stemming from an AWS problem, and we are waiting on the vendor for a complete resolution.
