We have deployed a fix and are monitoring for recurrence of the issue. We will provide another update as soon as more information becomes available.
We’ve identified an issue with Tpro4 and Datacap Card Present transactions, causing most of them to time out after 30 seconds. This impacts customers processing on the Versapay network. We’re are working to resolve this issue and will provide updates as soon as more information becomes available.
