We have identified an issue related to file movement and processing within Versapay Cash Application that began overnight on October 22.
This issue has impacted the processing of incoming payment and receivables files, as well as the generation and delivery of outbound posting files. As a result, some customers may be experiencing processing delays.
Our Engineering team is actively addressing the issue and working to process files affected during the disruption. Recovery efforts are underway, and delays may continue as we work to restore normal operations.
