Vertex Indirect Tax O Series Cloud - Calc Performance Incident

This incident has been resolved.

A fix has been implemented and we are monitoring the results.

We have identified that this incident relates to the use of the Token Guard system. Customers who have independently setup any system or process to pull from Token Guard may be experiencing a degradation or outage until this is resolved.

Our monitoring processes indicate some customers are experiencing functionality degradations that may be resulting in service interruption within the Vertex Cloud environment. We are actively investigating and are troubleshooting the issue. We will provide an update as soon as possible. Thank you for your patience.
