Twilio is actively collaborating with AT&T to identify and resolve the root cause of this issue that has resulted in AT&T SMS failures affecting a subset of recently onboarded longcode numbers. No customer action is required at this time. We will continue to monitor the situation and post updates as they become available from Twilio.
