Rx Label Wrap Text issue

This incident has been resolved.

A fix has been deployed. Please note that it will not apply retroactively to prescription labels generated yesterday. However, our Development team is actively working on a script to correct formatting on any labels created during that timeframe.

In the meantime, if you need to print affected labels, you can delete the medication from the order and re-enter it—this will ensure the label is formatted correctly.

We are currently investigating an issue with prescription label formatting.

This issue was resolved approximately 45 minutes ago. Please note that the fix does not apply retroactively to medications ordered prior to the resolution. To generate an RX label for those, we recommend deleting the original medication entry and reordering it.
