Custom fonts have now been re-enabled across the majority of our terminal servers, and most users should be able to access these again. We will continue to closely monitor platform stability and complete the remaining rollouts throughout the week.

In collaboration with Microsoft, we have confirmed the issue is related to a compatibility interaction between custom font loading and the latest Windows Server. Updates to VETtrak Desktop have been put in place to resolve this.

The application update has been deployed, and we are progressively adjusting the platform policy that controls custom font loading across the hosting environment. We will continue to monitor stability as changes are rolled out.
