We have now deployed a fix to affect a small number of mail incorrectly denoted as having no valid certificate.
You may still encounter the error, but this will be in circumstances where the intended recipient has not updated to the OCES 3 Certificate. In this case, the recipient needs to update this as soon as possible as OCES 2 Cert’s are no longer valid.
