SBL False Positive Spam-Low Threat Detections

We have isolated the cause of some legitimate emails being unexpectedly flagged as Spam – Low Threat. This is due to a third party Content Delivery Service (CDN) seeing its IPs mistakenly listed in DNSBL lists. This in turn causes URL's in some emails to be mistakenly flagged as Spam - Low Threat. We are taking steps internally to ensure the false positives are processed correctly and will continue with further updates as we continue to investigate and resolve.

We are receiving some reports that legitimate emails, previously delivered without any issues, are now unexpectedly being flagged as Spam – Low Threat. Our engineering team is actively investigating and we have detected the underlying cause. We will provide further updates as we continue to investigate and resolve.
