Our Archiving Team have diagnosed the problem, and have issued a fix for customers encountering issues logging in to View Archive via SSO.
We continue to monitor in the meantime but if you have any questions, please don't hesitate to reach out to the Support Team.
Journaling of emails remains unaffected and emails are indexing into the archive as normal.
