Outlook and Hotmail users were unable to authenticate in Virtru Secure Reader and Secure Share for 27.8 hours, while Google and O365 authentication flows continued working normally. Users were advised to use alternative authentication methods such as one-time verification links or codes as a workaround. The issue was identified and resolved with a fix implementation, and a root cause analysis was promised to follow.
