Horizon Cloud Monitoring has received alerts related to PGDB latency issue for multiple Azure regions. This may cause performance issues on your Horizon Cloud Deployments. We suggest you to check Azure service Health on your Azure Subscription by accessing this link https://portal.azure.com/#blade/Microsoft_Azure_Health/AzureHealthBrowseBlade. If you observe a service issue for “Azure Database for PostgreSQL” service, it may potentially impact the Azure Database for PostgreSQL server running as part of Horizon Cloud deployment. This may result into slower Horizon Universal Console experience and may cause overall performance degradation of Horizon Cloud Service Our DevOps team is working with Microsoft on the resolution of this issue on high priority. Microsoft Team have determined that a recent deployment introduced a regression causing high CPU utilization and connection latencies. To mitigate the issue, They are working on rolling back the deployment. We will keep you posted on any further updates.

Microsoft Team has sent out notification to affected customers' subscriptions already to apply the fix with the window. They are deploying the fix for all customers.

We suggest you to check the notifications in Service health to know the planned maintenance notification from Azure portal as below.
1. In the Azure portal, select Service Health.
2. Select the Planned Maintenance tab
Select Subscription, **Region, and Service for which you want to check the planned maintenance notification
