Horizon Cloud Monitoring has received alerts related to PGDB latency issue for multiple Azure regions. This may cause performance issues on your Horizon Cloud Deployments.
We suggest you to check Azure service Health on your Azure Subscription by accessing this link https://portal.azure.com/#blade/Microsoft_Azure_Health/AzureHealthBrowseBlade.
If you observe a service issue for “Azure Database for PostgreSQL” service, it may potentially impact the Azure Database for PostgreSQL server running as part of Horizon Cloud deployment. This may result into slower Horizon Universal Console experience and may cause overall performance degradation of Horizon Cloud Service
