VMware is in the process of rolling out an update to all Horizon Cloud on Azure Pods as a precautionary measure.

We request customers to report any issues with provisioning or with desktops in floating pools not being reset to VMware Support and advise against attempting any recovery steps from the Azure portal (for example powering on VMs manually, deleting failed VMs etc) as it may cause additional issues.

Thank you for your patience and apologies for any inconvenience caused.

Service reliability is a top priority at Horizon Cloud and we are making continuous improvements to better our systems.
