Outage Details

Our monitoring has alerted us to a potential service issue with Voice API in our platform. This is only affecting API requests routed to our Europe regional API endpoint. It does not show to be affecting our Asia or Americas specific endpoints (e.g. api-sg-1.nexmo.com or api-us-1.nexmo.com). We are alerting customers immediately while our engineering teams investigate.
