Customers may have experienced impact with the following services:

SMS: Between 14:50 UTC and 15:00 UTC - 5xx responses or increased latency

Messages & Dispatch: Between 14:50 UTC and 15:05 UTC - HTTP 500 or 499 responses

Verify: Between 14:50 UTC and 15:05 UTC - HTTP 5xx responses

Voice API: Between 14:50 UTC and 14:59 UTC - HTTP 5xx responses or dropped calls

SIP Trunking: Between 14:50 UTC and 15:00 UTC - failed or dropped calls

TTS: Between 14:50 UTC and 14:59 UTC HTTP - 5xx responses or dropped calls

Number Insight API: Between 14:50 UTC and 15:00 UTC - 5xx responses

We will continue to monitor the service during the next few hours and post updates should anything change.

Customers may have experienced issues submitting requests to the impacted services. We will update further on the product-specific impact in our next status update.

We will continue to monitor the service during the next few hours and post updates should anything change.
