Our monitoring has alerted us that there was an issue on one of the US Datacenters (DAL) that impacted Voice calls on May 27th between 16:05:12 to 16:14:04 UTC which resulted in some dropped voice calls. There is no ongoing impact. However, the issue is being monitored. We are alerting customers in case they were impacted.
