This issue has been resolved.

The following services were impacted from 2022/06/02 10:00 UTC until 2022/06/02 10:20 UTC:

Messages and Dispatch API: Some webhooks might not be signed
Messages API: Increased latency on MMS
Dev API
Customer Dashboard
Voice API
Partner API

All services have been restored.

We will continue to monitor the service during the next few hours and post updates should anything change.
