We have implemented a fix for the issue where some customers in APAC region have faced delay in outbound SMS.

The following services were impacted from 8th July 2022 8:20 UTC to 8th July 8:36 UTC

Outbound SMS
APAC region

Inbound SMS are not impacted

We will continue to monitor the service during the next few hours and post updates should anything change.
