We have implemented a fix for this issue.

Some customers may have experienced outbound message delivery issues via WhatsApp Channel using our Messages API between 2024-01-25 12:24 UTC and 2024-01-25 13:32 UTC.

The list of services that were impacted has been confirmed as:
Messages API: WhatsApp Channel

We will continue to monitor the service during the next few hours and post updates should anything change.
