Service Issue in Messages API platform: WhatsApp Channel

We have implemented a fix for this issue.

Some customers may have experienced outbound message delivery issues via WhatsApp Channel using our Messages API between 2024-01-25 12:24 UTC and 2024-01-25 13:32 UTC.

The list of services that were impacted has been confirmed as:

We will continue to monitor the service during the next few hours and post updates should anything change.

The issue has been identified and a fix is being implemented.

Our monitoring has alerted us to a potential service issue in our Messages API platform with WhatsApp outbound messages. Some customers may receive undeliverable callbacks for some WhatsApp on-premise outbound messages. We are alerting customers immediately while our engineering teams investigate.
