We are currently investigating an issue impacting the SMPP server smpp2.nexmo.com (Cluster 1). The server is currently not in operation, meaning customers will experience failures attempting to bind to this server. Note, customers should see no impact if they follow our recommendation to maintain binds to both servers in the cluster: https://help.nexmo.com/hc/en-us/articles/360021600292-Nexmo-SMPP-platform-availability.

We have implemented a fix for this issue. Customers should no longer experience issues binding to smpp2.nexmo.com.
We will continue to monitor SMPP services during the next few hours and post updates should anything change.
