Some accounts may be experiencing errors in requests to Catalog and Search APIs, as well as intermittent errors when attempting to place orders or navigate to PDPs/PLPs connected to specific SKUs in store navigation.

Our incident response team has identified the source of these issues, which started as early as Dec 16, 2024 at 17:30 UTC, and is applying mitigation actions.
