Media Storage Outage

Our media storage provider, Amazon S3, has resolved the issue. All services are operating normally.

We've identified an issue with our media storage provider, Amazon S3, that affects visitor photos, agreements, website assets, file uploads, and MMS messages. We are working with Amazon to resolve the issue. During this time, visitor sign ins may appear without visitor photos, signing agreements may fail, and other file uploads may fail. MMS visitor notifications may be delayed or fail to deliver. File exports and other images may not be available on the Dashboard. We are experiencing an elevated error rate with our media storage provider. Visitors may not be able to sign into Welkio at this time, especially if the visitor photo feature is enabled. Signed agreements, file exports, and other images may not be available on the Dashboard.
