Media Storage Outage

Our media storage provider, Amazon S3, has resolved the issue. All services are operating normally. You may need to relaunch the Welkio app on your iPad to get visitor photos working again. Thank you for your patience.

Customers who are experiencing issues with visitors signing agreements should temporarily disable the agreements feature. Login to your web Dashboard and go to Settings > Agreements and turn off the toggle at the top of the page. Be sure to click Update at the bottom.

Due to issues with photo uploads preventing visitors from signing in, we have temporarily disabled the photo feature for all locations. We will re-enable this feature once the issue has been resolved and photos are working again.

We've identified an issue with our media storage provider, Amazon S3, that affects visitor photos, agreements, website assets, file uploads, and MMS messages. We are working with Amazon to resolve the issue. During this time, visitor sign ins may appear without visitor photos, signing agreements may fail, and other file uploads may fail.
