Box Connector Performance Degradation

Between approximately 12:18 PM UTC on September 7 and 12:13 PM UTC on September 9, 2026, the Workato platform experienced a performance degradation affecting the Box connector. Customers may have observed missed or delayed trigger events in recipes using the Box New File, New CSV File, or New/Updated CSV File triggers, caused by an error in event-filtering logic. Recipes that reached the consecutive trigger error threshold may have been stopped automatically. The issue has been resolved and the Box connector is operating as expected. Any stopped recipes may be restarted as required.
