Writer API and Agent Builder experiencing increased error rates

Service has been restored. We have seen error rate decline and functionality has returned to normal on public APIs and Agent Builder functionality.

We are currently experiencing issues due to an ongoing outage with our API service provider. The incident has impacted some of the underlying services we rely on for our public API and Agent Builder functionality. We are engaged with the provider and are actively monitoring remediation progress.

We are investigating an issue with our API experiencing increased 502 errors. This is currently affecting our public APIs as well as the Agent Builder. We believe it is related to the ongoing AWS outage.
