Undisclosed DebtX Activations - Experian

This incident has been resolved.

Experian is processing previously impacted orders. We expect normal performance to be restored but will continue to monitor.

Undisclosed DebtX orders with Experian requested between 6/4 - 6/7 have been resolved. We have identified additional orders made between 6/10 - 6/12 that are stuck in a "pending" status. Orders placed since 6/12 are functioning as intended. We are continuing to work with Experian to resolve the issue and will provide updates as they become available.

We have identified an issue impacting select Undisclosed DebtX activations with Experian between 6/5 and 6/7, which are currently stuck in a “pending” status. We are actively working with Experian to resolve the issue and will provide updates as they become available.
