Due to a delay in order completion from Microsoft, the provisioning of Microsoft mailboxes may be temporarily delayed. As a result, newly ordered Microsoft mailboxes may take longer than usual to be created.
Additionally, mailbox renewals may also experience delays during this period.
We expect this delay to last for the next 24 to 48 hours. Our team is actively monitoring the situation and working with Microsoft to ensure that all pending mailbox provisioning and renewal requests are completed as soon as possible. Existing mailboxes will continue to function normally during this time.
