This is resolved and site looks fine.

Fixed the issues - had some high spike approx 1500 requests a minute when the average is 300. This is benefits season so that could be it we bumped up the instance sizes

We continue to monitor the setup - next update in 15 mins

Doing fix for the issue and we will continue to monitor - next update in 30 mins

Some identification done
This is the error we get:
`connect() to unix:///tmp/uwsgi.sock failed (11: Resource temporarily unavailable) while connecting to upstream`

tried hitting the urls which gave this error, but wasn't able to reproduce the issue.
This is happening for `10.10.0.186` and `10.10.1.159` only. Don't see these values in duplo for helpcenter.

Having transient issues reported by Support. Engineering team and Duplo team is debugging the same.
