Outage Details

Our Payment Processor has identified an incident that has significantly increased the number of manual reviews for KYC sanction checks. As a result, 71 sub-merchant accounts have been blocked (state as of midnight Feb 20th, 2023) until the review has been passed. Their engineering team is working on an emergency patch to roll back a recent change causing the increase in manual reviews. Subsequently, all checks will be re-run. It can be assumed that after the re-run, most payouts/blocked sub-sellers will be released without additional manual intervention. They are expecting to process the re-run before the last external payout cutoff time today. This means that payouts are expected to be processed today, however with a few hours delay.
