A subset of users experiencing call failures with phone numbers in Guangzhou (area code 20) and Shenzhen (area code 755) in China.

This incident has now been resolved.

A fix has been implemented by our partner at 1.24am (Pacific Daylight Time) this morning and service has been restored.

Our carrier partner has identified the cause, and we’re working closely with the team to drive the resolution. Given the nature of the issue and the steps involved, the current tentative recovery timeline is set for Tuesday, 5th August (China Standard Time). We’ll continue to monitor progress and provide timely updates as more information becomes available.
