We are currently experiencing an outage with our Salesforce Integration, specifically the “Unique Entry” also known as the “RingLead Trigger package”. This will Prevent access to the package and potentially stop the processing of all records through a RingLead Webhook/Trigger task (Prevent, Enrich Route). We are urgently investigating this issue with Salesforce and will provide updates as we have them.
